TLDR: My experience with Marianne’s was great - smooth and competent work and the recipient described the arrangement as gorgeous.I had initially found a different online florist and after ordering Saturday for a Sunday delivery, woke up to 14 missed calls and voicemails and 5 emails about their inability to fulfill the order as pictured with substitution requests. This was a level of stress at their own inability to deliver that was really unwelcome.I searched and found Marianne’s was actually local in Poughkeepsie for a Vassar Brothers hospital delivery. I ordered and it went through smoothly. I sent a quick email about a request and they responded within the hour. I called to ask a question and the person who answered was friendly and knowledgable.
